On 2nd and 3rd October 2023, the RE-EMPOWERED consortium held the fourth Consortium Plenary meeting, in Athens, at National Technical University’s premises. Representatives from Deloitte, Protasis, DAFNI, BV, ICL and DTU (European partners) attended the meeting physically, while the Indian partners joined online. During the meeting we presented the progress of the past 8 months in each work package and discussed the planned activities for the next semester. The first day started with opening remarks and objectives of the meeting, which were followed by the presentations on project’s coordination, the progress in the development of the 10 ecoTools, the business models and exploitation of the project results, dissemination and energy community development. In the second day, the discussions were focused on the progress in the four demo sites (Bornholm, Kythnos, Ghoramara, Keonjhar) and the next steps regarding the implementation of the tools.
Additionally, the hosts offered to the visitors a tour in the laboratory of ICCS-NTUA where microgrid technologies are developed and tested.
