Iria Saridaki from EU project coordinator partner ICCS – NTUA represented RE-EMPOWERED in a panel discussion on the topic of grid flexibility which was organized in the framework of Enlit Europe project zones in Paris and moderated by Dr Helena Gerard.
The panel was also joined by EU projects HYPERRIDE, FEVER, interOPERA, ebalancePLUS, and HSbooster.
After a brief presentation of each projects’ aims and objectives, the characteristics of a flexible grid have been highlighted and the challenges related to its realization have been discussed. Moreover, a wide range of different solutions developed in the framework of the projects aiming to tackle the challenges, have been presented.
